One of the arteries was calcified and extremely narrowed & another was totaly occluded with very poor heart function

A 60 years old obese and diabetic male recently presented with extreme breathlessness and chest discomfort. His Echocardiography showed poor heart function or low LVEF, and severe MR or valvular leakage.The angiography showed one of the arteries was calcified and narrowed.At Sanar International Hospitals he underwent complex PTCA which not only ensured fast recovery but he is now able to do brisk walking.
