Mr. Naresh Kapoor

Founder and Managing Director

Mr. Naresh Kapoor is regarded as one of the well-reputed management personnel in the healthcare industry of India. With three decades of extensive experience in healthcare and other sectors, he has built a strong connection with international healthcare networks. Mr. Kapoor is widely acknowledged for his abilities in operating hospitals successfully on high clinical standards and in turning around below par performing hospitals into successful and profitable hospitals. He has been associated with many healthcare institutions and his most recent stint, prior to setting up Sanar International Hospitals was Executive Director of BLK Super Specialty Hospital where he managed to successfully turn around the 650 beds. Mr. Kapoor has also served as an Executive Director at Radiant Life Care Private Limited (“Radiant”). Radiant had management and operating rights of two leading hospitals in India, 650 bedded BLK Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi, and 350 bedded Nanavati Super Specialty Hospital in Mumbai. Mr. Kapoor has formulated a strategy for the turnaround of both the hospital and in a short span of time he brought the hospital to a level where it is now ranked among the top hospitals in north India. 

Mr. Kapoor’s professional relationships span from Government, domestic healthcare institutions to large healthcare in the global sphere. Over the years, Mr. Kapoor has built-up a strong network in the regions of The Middle East & South East Asia, Africa, SAARC Region, CIS Region, Europe, etc.
 
During his tenure at Radiant, he had initiated various programs to help these countries in building up their capabilities in healthcare and helped build Cardiac Centres, Cancer Centres, Transplant Centres at various Government and private hospitals. All these tie-ups and support provided sustainable business from these countries. Apart from his relationships with the Government and private hospitals, Mr. Kapoor also has a large network of medical tourism companies and global insurance companies, that were working closely with him in bringing international patients.

Today, at his newly founded Sanar International Hospitals, Mr. Kapoor has built a solid foundation of healthcare services adhering to international standards. With his firm belief in the global vision and social concerns, he has received worldwide acclamation for his new venture. 
 

Dr. Sanjay Durani

Medical Superintendent

With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Sanjay Durani has imbibed distinct leadership skills to achieve excellence in medical services in healthcare institutions under his supervision. 
Dr. Sanjay Durani attained his MBBS degree from VSS Medical College, Sambalpur University. He completed his MBA in Healthcare Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, he has been associated with BLK Hospital, Artemis Hospital, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Columbia Asia Hospital, Gurugram, etc. From budget allocation, deployment of staff to the implementation of medical and non-medical protocols and policies. He is highly experienced in handling legal and organizational compliances independently. He has also contributed to international and national quality accreditation and certification at the organizational level. Besides the administrative skills, Dr. Durani has been actively involved in improving the quality standards of the organization. His journey of quality improvement programs for the hospitals was initiated with him being a member of the first-ever JCI accreditation in India(Indraprastha Apollo Hospital for JCI, Artemis Hospital, and Dr. B.L. Kapoor Hospital for JCI and NABH) and continued through NABH and JCI accreditations of different hospitals.
At Sanar International Hospitals he aspires to amalgamate his operational strength with the strong foundation of quality and service excellence standards at par with anywhere in the world.

Ms. Shesh Lakhotia

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Shesh Lakhotia is a Chartered Accountant with an experience of over 10 years in financial accounting, taxation, and audit. From finalizing year-end financial statements to monitoring cash flow & fund flow, implementing internal audit procedures, and ensuring healthy liquidity, she excels in every task associated with her work. She did her post-graduation in Commerce from Rajasthan University and CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 
Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, Ms. Shesh Lakhotia was associated with Rungta Hospital, Jaipur. Her leadership skills and ability to provide a teamwork environment are widely acknowledged.  
At Sanar International Hospitals, Ms. Shesh Lakhotia aspires to implement her every acquired skill with an intent to adhere to the company’s policies and maintain international standards. She is primarily responsible to assist, advise and guide the Board in the financial aspects of the Company.
 

Ms. Srishti Tarwani

Head Legal & Company Secretary

Ms. Srishti Tarwani holds a specialization in corporate laws and secretarial practices. She is proficient in every task she is supposed to perform like monitoring business activities with respect to legal provisions, drafting resolutions and legal opinions, implementing strategic management & governance, proactive approach in legal proceedings if required, and rendering general corporate advice in different areas including Companies Act, Medical Laws, Labour laws, State and Central Licenses. 
Ms. Srishti has done B Com(H) from Goodwill’s Christians College for Women, Bangalore University, and CS Professional Programme from ICSI. She plays a key role in ensuring excellence in corporate governance and compliance with applicable statutory requirements, to provide guidance to the board.
At Sanar International Hospitals Ms. Srishti is determined to implement high standards in corporate affairs under the provisions of various corporate laws and take care of the regulatory requirements of the organization. 
 

Mr. Ashwani Dalal

Head Information Technology

In his more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Ashwani Dalal has been working on enriching hospitals with the latest IT advancements. His project includes training, testing, budgeting, and implementation of the working systems, data servers, and security. He did a three-year certificate software engineering course from NIIT, New Delhi, and a certificate course in Visual Studio. He has done BSc. IT and MSc. IT from KSOU (Karnataka State of University). 
Mr. Ashwani strongly believes that digitization and automation of hospitals’ structure reduce the steps involved in the functioning and add to the ease of workforce involved. His core work area includes Healthcare IT and he majorly remains focused on optimization of performance and cost-efficiency. Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, he has been associated with BLK Hospital, Paras Hospital, Metro Hospital, and W Pratiksha Hospital. He has always been striving to introduce new changes with updated software and successive versions.

Mr. Anil Kumar Ahlawat

Head Security

Mr. Anil Kumar Ahlawat has devoted 26 years of his life to the Indian Air Force Fraternity and 7 years to the corporate. His proactive approach, courage to deal with challenges in the field, and skills to chalk out effective action plans in critical situations are widely acknowledged by the organizations he has worked with. He is a retired Warrant Officer from Indian Air Force and during his tenure, he held various designations and positions at Air Force Establishments. He was also selected as Security Head at Indian Aviation Contingent in United Nations Stabilisation Mission at DR CONGO. Post-retirement he worked with HEMA Engineering Industrial Limited as Corporate Security Head and Manipal Hospitals Dwarka as Security Head of the Department. Mr. Anil did his BA from MDU Rohtak and MA in Political Science from MDS University Ajmer. 
At Sanar International Hospitals he is committed to enhance security techniques, optimum utilization of human power and resources, and ensure a safe and secure atmosphere.
 

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Baliyase

Head Engineering & Maintenance

Mr. Rakesh Kumar has more than 24 years of experience of serving as an engineer in several leading hotels and healthcare institutions. He did three years diploma in Electrical Engineering from Pusa Institute of Polytechnic New Delhi, he has experience of working with The Oberai, Udaipur, Radisson Hotel Shimla, ITC Group of Hotels, PVR, Columbia Asia Hospitals, INOX Leisure Ltd., etc. 
At Sanar International Hospitals Mr. Rakesh is leading the Engineering and Maintenance department. He has been involved even in redesigning and renovating the services of the hospital. His focus is to run the hospital in an efficient and cost-effective manner without compromising on quality. 

Ms. Raziya Bano

Head Purchase

Ms. Raziya Bano has 18 years of experience in the procurement and supply chain field. Her ability to ensure efficient use of resources and capital is highly appreciated by a number of prestigious healthcare organizations she has worked with. 
Ms. Raziya has done PG Diploma in Material Management. In her work area, she has been proactively directing all the assignments for the effective procurement of materials for medical stores, Non- Medical Stores, and other general amenities used in the hospital. Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, Ms. Raziya has worked with some of the leading healthcare institutions like Delhi Heart and Lung Institute, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research center, Jaipur Golden Hospital, Saroj Hospitals, and Heart Institute. She has actively participated to define and establish processes for quality improvement required for ISO/ NABH accreditation. 

Mr. S. P. Sharma

Head Liasioning

Mr. S. P. Sharma has over 43 years of extensive experience in dealing with finance billing, admin, and liasioningin various departments, out of which he has dedicatedly served for over 20 years in the healthcare industry. He did his B. Com from Delhi University and worked with various well-known hospitals of the country like BLK Hospital, Fortis Escorts, etc. In some of the organizations, he has served even for almost decades in succession. 
Mr. Sharma is a true loyal employee of the organizations he has worked with. He has been an asset to the Sanar International Hospitals and a part of the core team incorporation stage. 

Ms. Shwetambari Kapoor

Head Front Office, and Patient Relations

Ms. Shwetambari Kapoor has experience of over 15 years in Front Office and Guest Relations Management. She excels in the core of hospitality with commendable communication skills and a remarkable ability to establish structures in the departments. She is an IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) graduate in Hospitality Management and underwent several operational training courses during her career. She has been one of the core members of the teams in 5 of the organizations she has worked with and contributed in setting up processes and systems for guest services management in various hotels and Hospitals. 
Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, Ms. Shwetambariwas associated with BLK Hospital and Taj Group of Hotels & Resorts. She is proficient in her work which includes building relationships, ensuring that guest data and management reporting is processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of guest services, etc. At Sanar International Hospitals her role is to enhance patient experiences through efficient use of technology and resources. 

Mr. Subhadeep Das

Head Human Resource

Mr. Subhadeep Das is an HR professional with over 11 years of insightful experience. In the wide array of the services responsible for manpower planning, his approach and skills are acclaimed for sourcing the best talents. Apart from recruiting his work area includes organizing in-house activities, rewarding employees with well-deserved appreciation, and providing the best training required to bring out their best performance. He has received a number of awards for the successful completion of the tasks from some of the organizations he has worked with.

Mr. Subhadeephas done B. Com from Delhi University followed by MBA in Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad. Prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals, he was associated with Fortis Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital, BLK Hospital, Concentrix India Pvt Ltd, and SGT University and Medical College.

At Sanar International Hospitals Mr. Subhadeep Das is focused on culture-building. He aspires to enhance and upgrade the human power of the organization and build a strong worker-employer relationship. 
 

Ms. Tabita Das

Nursing Superintendent

Ms.Tabita Das has devoted more than 20 years to the noble profession of nursing. She is exceptionally dexterous in managing all aspects of patient care and highly skilled in providing direction to every concerned department. She did her Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from Lady Harding Medical College of Nursing, Delhi. She has also done a certificate course in Infection Control and Waste Management, a certificate course in Coronavirus (COVID-19) for Nursing professionals, and a certificate course for NABH Counsellor Programme. She has attended a Workshop for Nursing Superintendent on HIV/AIDS and TB prevention care as well.
For the consistency and level of commitment, Ms. Tabita Das has been awarded as the Best Nursing Supervisor by one of the leading healthcare institutions in the year 2010. She has been associated with many prestigious hospitals prior to joining Sanar International Hospitals like Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket, Paras Super Speciality Hosptial, Rosewalk Luxury Maternity Hospital and Sant Parmanand Hospital (Nursery). By ensuring a regular supply of resources, formulating standard protocol, maintaining admission and discharge records, Ms Tabita Das excels in every aspect of her profession. She holds a rich & distinguished experience as she has worked independently in connection with the Nursing administration and participated in the formulation of the SOPs of the hospital-specific to the nursing services.
At Sanar International Hospitals Ms Tabita Das aspires to implement hospital policies and rules for better health services to the patients while maintaining international standards. She wants to evolve with the new ideas of patient care and work for nursing excellence. 

Mr. Rajeev Kumar

Head Housekeeping

Mr. Rajeev Kumar is a Hotel Management graduate from the National School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Durgapur and has accomplished his Industrial Exposure Training from the Hotel Trident, Bhubaneswar. His work area majorly includes aesthetic upkeep of the premises, orderly management of the cleaning, providing the best possible comfort to the guests and the visitors, and ensuring all the government compliances related to biomedical waste (in healthcare organizations).Mr. Raveev Kumar’s contribution in housekeeping management is widely recognized by the healthcare organizations and hotels he has worked with.

His communication skills and efficient management in challenging situations have brought sincere appreciations to him in his over 12 years of experience. He has been associated with Fortis Memorial Research Institute Gurugram, The Grand Vasant Kunj New Delhi, BLK Surperspeciality Hospital, New Delhi, Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram (Flagship hospital of Fortis group), etc.At Sanar International Hospitals he aspires to motivate the workforce to enhance the quality services and standards of the hospital and efficient housekeeping management.

Mr. Tara Singh Khatri

Head F&B (Food & Beverages)

Mr. Tara Khatri has 16 years of experience of serving as an F&B Manager. Some of his noteworthy achievements include being part of the core management that served at PM House (during Dr. Manmohan Singh’s tenure) and high dignitaries like President Bush and Clinton (on their visit to India). He has done his BA from Delhi University and a one-year diploma in computers from CMC, after that developing a keen interest in this field he pursued a diploma and training program from Hotel Taj Palace New Delhi under Pusa Institute Delhi. During his career working in five-star luxury hotels and Hospitals kept adding to his managerial skills in regard to Food and Beverages.

Mr. Tara Khatri has been one of the team members of the JCI & NABH Accreditation audit for the F&B department of hospitals earlier. From kitchen designing, and equipment installation to leading a team with the right guidance and coordination, Mr. Tara Khatri’s efficient skills are highly appreciated.
