Dr. Amit Mittal is a proficient Gastroenterologist and GI Endoscopist with more than 19 years of experience. He is specialized in treating all Gastrointestinal disorders, including Liver cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease, Fatty Liver, Hepatitis B & C, pancreatitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's Disease, Gastrointestinal ulcers, GI cancers, IBS, etc. He has accomplished more than 10,000 GI Endoscopies and has been awarded with Atal Swasthya Bhushan Samman in the year 2019.

Dr. Amit Mittal accomplished his MBBS degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Karnataka followed by DNB (General Medicine) from St. Stephen’s Hospital, Delhi, and DNB (Gastroenterology) from P.S. R.I. Hospital Delhi. He also has expertise in the management of all forms of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies including Upper GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Enteroscopy, Capsule Endoscopy, ERCP and EUS, etc.

Dr. Amit Mittal started his career with the position of Resident Doctor in the Emergency / Casualty Department of AIIMS, Delhi, he has been associated with a number of esteemed government and private healthcare institutions and performed complex cases. Dr. Mittal has an avid interest in teaching medical students and sharing knowledge through publications and articles.
